Notification is hereby provided of a call for nominations for a Casual Vacancy Election for the UFU ACT to be conducted by the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) in accordance with the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009.
Nominations are called for the one position of Trustee on the UFU ACT Branch Committee of Management.
Nominations, which must be in writing and comply with the registered rules of the Organisation, may be made at any time from 01/04/2019. Lodgement of any nominations must reach the AEC’s Returning Officer
not later than 5:00pm (AEST) on 15/04/2019.
A copy of the notice from the AEC providing information about how to nominate for the casual vacancy and the nomination form is attached.
