This notice foreshadows the establishment of an additional BCOM position for the United Firefighters’ Union – ACT Branch, in line with Rule 87 of the Rules of the UFU.
Consistent with Regulation 126 of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009, notice is hereby given of an alteration to the Rules of the United Firefighters’ Union – ACT Branch to establish an additional BCOM position, open only to persons who are a rank below the rank of Station Officer.
Notice setting out the particulars of this alteration has been lodged with the General Manager of the Fair Work Commission. The alteration does not take effect until it has been certified.
