The Australian Electoral Commission has now issued its Post-Election Report on the conduct of the scheduled election for the United Firefighters’ Union of Australia – ACT Branch (E2018/1) on 3 May 2018, subsequent to its declaration of results for uncontested offices on 12 April 2018.
Section 198 and the regulations of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 requires the UFU to make this report available to members and publish a notice on its website (in line with Regulation 141(4) of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009) advising members that a copy of it is available on request.
