{"id":2506,"date":"2025-05-09T12:28:32","date_gmt":"2025-05-09T02:28:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ufuact.asn.au\/?p=2506"},"modified":"2025-05-09T12:28:34","modified_gmt":"2025-05-09T02:28:34","slug":"notice-of-alteration-to-ufu-act-rules-to-establish-addition-bcom-position","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ufuact.asn.au\/?p=2506","title":{"rendered":"Notice of Alteration to UFU ACT Rules to establish addition BCOM position"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This notice foreshadows the establishment of an additional BCOM position for the United Firefighters&#8217; Union &#8211; ACT Branch, in line with Rule 87 of the Rules of the UFU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consistent with Regulation 126 of the <em>Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009<\/em>, notice is hereby given of an alteration to the Rules of the United Firefighters&#8217; Union &#8211; ACT Branch to establish an additional BCOM position, open only to persons who are a rank below the rank of Station Officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notice setting out the particulars of this alteration has been lodged with the General Manager of the Fair Work Commission.
