United Firefighters\u2019 Union of Australia ACT Branch E2018\/1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px; color: black; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">The Australian Electoral Commission has now issued its Post-Election Report on the conduct of the scheduled election for the United Firefighters&#8217; Union of Australia &#8211; ACT Branch (E2018\/1) on 3 May 2018, subsequent to its declaration of results for uncontested offices on 12 April 2018. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px; color: black; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Section 198 and the regulations of the <i>Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009\u00a0<\/i>requires the UFU to make this report available to members and publish a notice on its website (in line with Regulation 141(4) of the <i>Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009<\/i>) advising members that a copy of it is available on request. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px; color: black; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Members are hereby notified of the availability of the <a href=\"https:\/\/ufuact.asn.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Post-Election-Report-UFUA-ACT-Branch.pdf\">Post-Election Report UFUA ACT Branch<\/a> and that a copy may also be requested by contacting the UFU ACT office at admin@ufuact.asn.au \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
